grabe.. this day was sooooper uhm.. how will i put this.. unique? different? aba ewan.. basta it's sooo weird!! i suffered from my cough.. oh my gahd.. feeling ko kanina mamamatay na ako kasi ubo ako ng ubo tas hindi na ako makahinga!! grabe.. then during recess, i lost my voice.. haha.. i was doing sign language to denise kasi wala talagang lumalabas sa bibig ko.. it was so ugh!! grabe.. then lunch time naman.. we were supposed to watch the try-outs for cheer dancing.. kaso yung teacher na isa panira.. "girls, this is a closed try-outs. non-participants please go out of the room." watever.. miss castro said we can watch!! ugh.. so we went outside the PCH tas nagcanteen na lang kami ni estela.. oh yeah.. Happy Birthday Estela!!! anyway.. hehe..nilibre niya ako ng water!! haha.. :)) kasi nga yung ubo ko.. grabe.. halos buong lunch wala akon boses.. now i know how the mute feel.. ugh.. talagang walang sound na lumalabas sa mouth ko.. it was sooo hard.. as in soooper.. haii.. buti na lang before classes bumalik na voice ko.. kasi science next and favorite kami ni nikki tawagin ni miss sorita.. di ko alam sa kanya kung bakit ganun.. she lets me and nikki answer all the hard questions.. kainis tlga.. well.. that shows na we're smart!! waha!! joke.. kapal.. hehe..




after classes, i trained.. uhm actually nagtry-out ako for sportsfest (which i passed by cheating.. haha.. joke.. nakapasa na ako doon kasi alam naman ng buong mundo na dati pa ako kasali sa mga ganyan eh.. :P) and pasa prisa ( i just wish i passed.. kung hindi ewan ko na lang.. i've participated in every pasa prisa naman eh.. since gradeschool pa ako.. ). i was timed all strokes pero 50m lang.. akala ko nga pati 100's eh.. buti na lng hindi.. patay na siguro ako nun!! LOL.. grabe ang haba na ng post na toh hah.. himala.. :)) haha.. sige yun ln.. nakakatuwa kasi ang haba!! :)) wahahahahha... so yun..

oh my gahd.. try-outs tomorrow!! ahaha.. but i'm pretty confident na makakapasa ako.. hehe.. ( yabang na pla eh) pero totoo.. sobrang confident ako na makakapasa ako.. kasi naman noh.. i've been in every swimming sportsfest ng batch tas ngayon pa hindi ako masasali? haii.. impossible!! haha.. pero sobrang kinakabahan ako kasi baka di ako makapag try-outs bukas because of my stupid cough and colds!! i hate being sick.. my head is aching every second.. my head feels like a volcano trying errupt and stuff.. sigh.. i hate head aches and most of all i hate the fact that i am sick.. (well not really pero sick na rin yun) sigh.. anyways... wish me luck na ln.. :)




oh yeah.. get well soon mika.. i'll pray for your speedy recovery.. :) get well soooooooonn.. :P

uhm hindi ako nakapag gift kasi ano.. some reason.. ahaha.. ayaw ko ibulgar sa mundo.. haha.. uhm so NAGPRACTICE kami for family day.. not.. naglaro ln kami.. haha.. ng ICE!!! =)) sino nga ba nagpasimuno nun? bigla na ln naglagayan ng ice sa shirt.. grabe.. ang LAMIIIIIG!!! haha.. so anyway.. yun naglaro kami.. tawanan and stuff.. NONSENSE STUFF!! waha..uhm after that i went to tiendesitas with my mom and sister with my sister's gym mates.. so parang op ako dun.. haii buhay.. but i got along with them nman really fast.. haha.. sa hanggang 10pm kami doon.. oh yeah.. i brought two ORANGE anklets.. adik ako doon.. ahaha.. :)) tapos we got home. ayun.

gusto ko ln magpost.. la nman ako maxado sasabihin.. uhm for tom.. i just want to invite all of you to got to our class mass sa HS chapel ng 6:30 am.. haii nako.. kung pupunta kayo may kisses kayo from us.. hindi halik hah.. as in yung chocolate.. :) ahaha.. bka nman dahil lng doon kaya kayo pupunta.. ahaha.. xepre dapat you go there for GOD.. :> ahaha..



so after that is cheerleading competition.. yey!! good luck to KARMELA, ESTELA, CARMELA, CHAMY, RAISSA, CHESKA, ERIN.... ahaha.. good luck sa inyo.. as in sooooper.. sana matanggap kayo lhat.. you worked so hard for this.. :) haiii...



and then for the birthday celebrants.. uhm.. si mustard, one day to go... si estela, 4 days to go.. ako, 74 days to go.. waha.. regalo ko??!! si jesus, 94 days to go.. yehey!! si ketchup, 111 days to go.. :)) waha.. so ayun.. :) happy birthday.. haha.. :))=))

haii.. retreat.. masaya and boring at the same time.. masya kasi i get to be with my classmates and some other stuff.. actually parang slumber party nga eh.. =)) haii.. grabe.. ang boring ng activities.. plagi na lng.. MEDITATE!! MEDITATE!! and did i mention MEDITATE already? ugh.. it was suuuper uber boring..

one thing i liked about the retreat was the FOOD!! yey.. ang sarap.. ahaha.. :)) nakakabusog.. actually, binubusog kami.. after two hours kain ulit.. ahaha.. nakakatawa.. :))

i like the sleeping part.. :)) we get to read the palancas.. ahaha.. puro walang kwenta.. one thing that they all said common was: mabait, pretty and matalino.. ahaha.. watever.. :)) pero it's true naman noh? ay joke.. ang kapal na pla ng mukha.. :)) basta ion.. :)

ugh.. this day sucks.. kainis tlga.. here are reasons why it sucked a lot!!



1)uhm training was soooper uber hard.

2) when we went to ultra kasi birthday ng coach ko.. umulan ng sooper hard tas bumaha, tas naflat kami tas we had to call our dad para maayos yung tire and para makauwi kami gamit yung isang car.

3)tapos i cried the whole night because of something. secret ko na yun.. :P no questions asked.. :)




ayun.. see? it sucked.. kainis tlga tong araw na ito!! ugh.. i hate my life.. kill me please?

i had my training today.. sa school ako nag train to prepare for ultra again.. haii.. i miss rrst so much.. kaso lang.. ang heeeeerap naman ng training nami doon kaya nakakainis.. ahaha.. i miss the loooooong pool there.. and my FRIENDS there.. ahaha.. sino kaya un? ahaha.. joke.. anyway.. ang torture ng coach ko hah.. anuba.. kainis :))
ito ung ginawa ko: 1000m swim, freestyle and butterfly change every 50m, no stoping; 5x100m swim with paddles and fins on 1min. and 20sec., all-out swim.; 200m easy kick and 200m easy swim.. ayun.. done!! can you feel the agony? i wish you do.. ugh.. kapagod tlga.. XD
